Colour Variations

Mastic Tape Joint

When the sheet cannot be kept dry, form a double-welted fold using at least 300 mm of membrane. Secure the fold in place before adding concrete, e.g., by weighting with bricks.

Double-welted Fold Joint

Ensure the damp-proof membrane is continuous with the surrounding wall’s damp-proof course, using it as a vertical link if necessary.

Cover the membrane with a screed or protective layer promptly. Avoid stretching or displacing the membrane when adding concrete or screed, and allow for bridging prevention at internal angles.

Production Proccess

Our process starts with taking recycled plastic and feeding it into an industrial shredding machine. This step breaks down the plastic into smaller, manageable pieces, preparing it for further refinement.

Once the recycled plastic is shredded, it’s heated and melted down into a molten form. This crucial step prepares the material for molding, ensuring consistency and quality in our products.

The melted material is blown, stretched, and carefully pressed into shape before being cooled down. This process solidifies the structure, ensuring strength and durability in the final product.

Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks to meet our high standards. Once approved, the materials are carefully packaged, ready for distribution to ensure safe delivery to our clients.
