Additionally, it is tested for radon gas resistance, seamlessly complementing our range of radon protection solutions.

To ensure best building practice, lay the DPC in one continuous piece or seal joints with recommended tape and a 150mm overlap. Its reliable design supports a dry cavity through weep vents and provides long-lasting protection when sandwiched between mortar layers.

Production Process

Our process starts with taking recycled plastic and feeding it into an industrial shredding machine. This step breaks down the plastic into smaller, manageable pieces, preparing it for further refinement.

Once the recycled plastic is shredded, it’s heated and melted down into a molten form. This crucial step prepares the material for molding, ensuring consistency and quality in our products.

The melted material is blown, stretched, and carefully pressed into shape before being cooled down. This process solidifies the structure, ensuring strength and durability in the final product.

Each product undergoes rigorous quality checks to meet our high standards. Once approved, the materials are carefully packaged, ready for distribution to ensure safe delivery to our clients.
